RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR DUMP TRAILER RENTAL:
Rental Fee: Includes ONE dump. If multiple dumps are needed for that day, Customer must call for an additional dump fee.

We drop off the trailer at your location:
*You fill it with your items
*Fill it up to 2 Tons (4000 lbs) Max.
*We pick it up and haul away

Items not allowed in trailer:
NO: Batteries, paint, concrete, oil, bricks or other hazardous materials.
We reserve the right to remove and leave any unauthorized materials at your property.

**Added fees of $100 each for refrigerators and washers/dryers
***Debris MAY NOT extend above the top rim of the dump trailer. The tarp MUST be able to roll completely over the top WITHOUT OBSTRUCTION. The end doors must be closed and secured before it can be removed. Overfilled or unprepared containers will be brought into compliance at customers expense.
ANY WEIGHT OVER 2 TONS WILL BE CHARGED $85 PER TON.

Equipment Rental: Customer certifies that he or she is either the property owner, has power of attorney for the property owner, or is the licensed contractor/broker for the property. Customer may not sublet the dumpster for any reasons.

Trailers must not be moved by customer at no point and time before, during or after the rental. If a trailer is needed to be moved, customer must call LoadUp Dump Trailer Rental,LLC and a dry run will be charged to have a truck respond and move the trailer. This charge will be $125.

PLEASE do not block trailer. Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dump trailer on the day it is to be picked up. If the dump trailer is inaccessible, customer will be charged for additional rental time at the rate of $99 per hour.

Placement of trailer:
Customer warrants and represents that any location provided by customer for the dump trailer is sufficient to bear the weight and size of the trailer and any vehicle required to transport trailer. LoadUp Dump Trailer Rentall, LLC shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement or any other road surface material, lawns, fences, shrubbery, septic system, private well, or any other form of property damage.
